Hi, I’m Kristi.

I’m an intuitive, empath, certified life coach, mom, and someone who has lived through enough of life’s storms to know that healing is rarely neat, linear, or Instagram-worthy.

​

I’ve walked through heartbreak, trauma, abuse, rebuilding, people-pleasing, exhaustion, survival mode, and the deep unlearning that comes with C-PTSD. So when you sit with me, you’re not getting surface-level advice or toxic positivity wrapped in a pretty bow. You’re getting honesty, warmth, intuition, understanding… and sometimes a loving kick in the ass.

I believe people deserve compassion, softness, and a safe place to land. Sometimes we simply need someone to truly hear us without judgment. I can be that person.

But I also believe healing asks something of us.

I won’t let you stay stuck in the same painful loop forever while pretending nothing needs to change. I’m patient to a fault, deeply understanding, and capable of seeing every side of every situation — honestly, it’s both a blessing and a curse. But at some point, we have to stop waiting for life to change and become part of the change ourselves.

So whether you need a shoulder to cry on, intuitive guidance, grounded support, clarity, encouragement, or someone who can lovingly call you out while cheering you on — I’m here.

My approach is grounded, honest, intuitive, and deeply human. I work with tarot, oracle cards, energy work, and intuitive insight to help you uncover what may be happening beneath the surface so you can move forward feeling more clear, connected, and empowered.

This work isn’t about telling you what to do. It’s about helping you reconnect with what you already feel deep down — the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath fear, exhaustion, grief, trauma, self-doubt, or survival mode.

My work is supported by training in Quantum Reiki, Angel Empowerment, life coaching, intuitive reading, and energy work. I draw from these practices in a grounded and compassionate way, meeting each person exactly where they are and supporting them in the way they need most.
